FAQ Are you a Collection Agency or a Attorney?
We are not a Collection Agency or a Attorney. We are Judgment Recovery Professionals.
What's the difference you ask?
Our only business is locating a debtors assets and attaching them to the judgment to satisfy it. Unlike a collection agency company, we will not call the debtor and ask for payment, why should we, the judge has already ordered them to pay and the the debtor has ignored the judge? This is where we differ, we don't ask, we take action!
We assign legal court awarded judgments with a award amount of $500.00 or more awarded in Minnesota courts.
We also assign judgments from other states if the debtor has moved for example, South Dakota, and is currently residing within the state. Your judgment may have been awarded by the court but judgment enforcement is your responsibility.
Will you enforce Judgments less than $500.00?
Yes, if you have more than one judgment or if we have enforced judgments for you in the past, we will consider in enforcing your judgment that is less than $500.00.
Do you enforce Landlord/Tenant Judgments?
Yes, we are currently working with multiple property management companies enforcing thier judgments and satisfying them, returning money into thier pockets that they would probably never see.
Is there any gaurentee that Premier Judgment Recovery will be able to enforce my judgment?
No. Sometimes there are just no assets to seize. Sometimes debtors are exempt from the judgment enforcement process. However, debtors do not always remain uncollectable. A change of circumstances, even years later, could make a difference. No file should be closed until it is enforced or by order of a bankruptcy court. We will do our best because we are paid only if we recover funds.
