If your debtor is working, has a professional license, owns his home, own business, or any toys (boat, 4- wheeler, snow mobile....) We can make him pay easily.
Our statistics are
85% pay
25 % pay proactively 60 % pay when enforcement actions are taken or when we take them back
to court we take them to court
10% are extremely difficult and will take extreme to enforce. We may or may not
be able to enforce.
5% are exempt
